NEWS UPDATE - August 11, 2013
As a critical member of the ACS team I want to make you aware of two important upgrades we have made to our customer service strategy.
First, we have consolidated our support center and moved to a new central facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bill VanWagoner, Chad Low and other key team members will be working together from one location. As part of this expansion we also have extended support hours. See below for more information.
Additionally, the Alexander’s CSST Portal has been upgraded to be integrated with our information website. This brings the ACS information content into the same secure environment customers currently use to access their read data. All customers have been notified of the upgrade via email.
